Gong usage analytics

See how your team actually uses Gong.

Lens brings your Gong usage data together in one place: who’s recording calls, who’s using the features you pay for, who’s reviewing their own calls and learning from their peers, and how reps talk with customers. An AI advisor reads across all of it, so you can ask a question in plain English and get an answer grounded in your own data.

What Lens shows you

Five views of your Gong instance, each with its own AI chat, and an advisor that reads across all of them.

Advisor

Ask things like “who needs the most coaching this month?” or “get me ready for my one-on-one with Sam” and get an answer drawn from every part of Lens, not one report at a time.

Call Pulse

Who’s hosting the volume, who’s reviewing their own calls, who’s sharing knowledge, and where coaching has gone quiet.

Recording Health

Are you capturing every call you could be? Where you’re not, Lens shows why (the recorder wasn’t admitted, or was removed from the call) and whether it’s getting better or worse.

Feature Adoption

Which of your licensed Gong features people use, and how deeply, from capturing calls to AI features to scorecards. Seat utilization sits alongside as a top-line read.

Talk Patterns

Talk ratio, monologues, question rate and patience, compared against healthy benchmarks and rolled up to rep and team level.

Who it’s for

Revenue leaders, enablement teams and RevOps teams working with RevOps Sherpas who want a clear read on how Gong is being used across their organization, and where to focus next.

Your data

Lens connects to your company’s Gong instance through an API key created by your Gong administrator, and uses that data only to produce your company’s Lens analysis. For details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

How sign-in works

Lens is invitation-only. Your RevOps Sherpas contact sets up access for your company, then you sign in with your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 work account.

When you sign in, Lens receives only your name and email address from Google or Microsoft. It uses them for one purpose: confirming who you are and showing you your company’s Lens workspace. Each person sees only their own company’s data.

What Lens receives at sign-in

✓ Your name
✓ Your email address
